How an industry search actually runs

The industry decides part of the workflow, but most of it is the same. Whether the role is a controller in Dallas or a CNC operator in Cleveland, we follow the same steady process so nothing slips.

1. Industry-specific intake

We come into the intake call ready. If it's a finance role, we know which credentials matter for that level. If it's industrial, we know the difference between a maintenance lead and a multi-skilled mechanic. We will not waste your call asking the basics.

2. Comp calibration against the local market

Every slate is calibrated against current US comp data, plus what we are seeing live across the desk this month. If the band looks low for the role in that metro, we will tell you before we start, not after the offer is rejected.

3. Vetted, ranked candidate slate

Three to six candidates per search, properly vetted, with our written notes. Right-to-work, references, and credentials are checked before introduction. We rank, we don't just send. You get our recommended top pick along with the reasoning.

4. Offer and onboarding support

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date, and check in at day 7, 30, and 90. That is when you find out if the placement actually worked, and if it did not, our replacement guarantee kicks in.

Industries we deliberately don't cover

Clinical healthcare roles (RNs, physicians, allied health) sit best with sector specialists, so we point those searches to trusted partner agencies. The same is true for executive search above $200k base, and regulated financial services compliance. We will tell you within one call if we are not the right fit.
